Well I’ve made it. My grades weren’t as good as last year, but I made it.
After a lovely two weeks off in Vancouver/Squamish for the holidays, my cup is full, and tomorrow I start my first placement in the MEP program – Normal Childbearing. From January to May I will be immersed in all things midwifery and try to gain my midwifery “sea legs”, if you would. Or should I say, “catching hands”?
I’ll be sure to post progress and updates as I go – but first, I need to get to bed early. Can’t be late tomorrow! Wish my luck!
